Delivery

1. The delivery period start from the day after the day on which payment receipt is confirmed until completion of delivery.
2. Phoenix Aesthetic will take approximately 1-2 business days (not including Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday) to process the order.
3. Once the order is processed and ready to ship, we will email you the tracking number.
4. Delivery will take 2-5 business days depending on your location.

Return

1. Kindly contact our customer service at support@phoenix-aesthetic.com.my for product return
2. Only defect or wrong item is returnable
3. Product return must be done in 5 days from the date customer received the product
4. The return product must be new and unused. For wrong item, the product must be new, unused, and unopen.
5. Customer shall pack the return product with the original packaging and wrap it using the remaining bubble wrap to avoid damage.
6. Please provide us the Return Shipping Receipt along with your Bank Details for refund.
7. Kindly note that Phoenix Aesthetic have the right to decline the return if the parcel fails to meet the requirement above.
